At Red Elm Career Coaching, the privacy of our visitors is extremely important. This privacy policy document outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by Red Elm Career Coaching and how it is used. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

LOG FILES

Like many other websites, Red Elm Career Coaching makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

I want you to be completely satisfied with the products and services you receive from Red Elm Career Coaching. That’s why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our digital and physical products. If for some reason the products or services you received didn’t meet you expectations, please contact us for a refund.

Digital or Physical Products: digital or physical products purchased directly from the Red Elm Career Coaching are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 30 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment and Interpretations: After receiving your results and verifying your type, if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money up to 30 from the date the assessment was taken. For a refund, please contact us.

Courses or Classes: Any course, class, or seminar conducted by Red Elm Career Coaching, Scott Elmgren or any affiliated trainer is eligible for a full refund up to 30 days after the course has started or the class took place. A refund request email must be sent to Red Elm Career Coaching within these specified timeframes. Visit our contact page to start this process.

Coaching: If you purchase a coaching package and wish to cancel the rest of your sessions after starting the program, your refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed at the rate of $150/session. If the total number of session fees adds up to be more than your initial payment, a refund cannot be granted. I’m confident that our coaching sessions will lead you towards progress, but if you feel like they have not helped you move forward at all, please contact us and a refund can be discussed based on the circumstances of the situation.

Products and Services purchased on a “Pay as you Can” basis: When a product or service was purchased using a “Pay as you Can” promotion, none of the guarantees or refund policies mentioned here or elsewhere are applicable.

Books or products you purchase from third parties (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, LuLu.com, etc.) have different return and privacy policies. You should consult the return and privacy policies of these third-party businesses for more detailed information on their practices as well as for instructions about how to opt-out of certain practices. The Red Elm Career Coaching return policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other third parties or web sites.
